Which Charity benefits from my winning bid?

• If you want your winning bid to benefit a specific charity, please make sure you are selecting an item from their charity auction. Click on Charity Auctions on the top menu bar to get to your auction of choice.

I registered for a New User Account but I can’t log in to my new account.

• Once you have completed the online registration form you will receive an email to verify your account. Please check your 'junk email or spam email' box for the automated email. To finalize your registration, you will need the Verification Code. Just enter your email address, your Verification Code, and your password to verify and log into your new account.

Can I watch an item before I bid?

• You can ‘watch an item’ by adding an item to your Watchlist. To be able to add items to your Watchlist, you need to be registered as a user and be logged in to your account. Once you are logged in, ‘open up’ any listing by clicking on a photo or link until you see the enlarged photo on the right. When you have the listing ‘open’ you can add it to your wish list.

• Look for and click on the binocular icon at the bottom left of each opened listing to add the item to your wish list. You can view your Watchlist by clicking on “My Account” on the top of the menu bar.

 How can I get more information about an auction item?

• Once you are logged in, ‘open up’ any listing by clicking on a photo or link until you see the enlarged photo on the right. When you have the listing ‘open’ you can send an email to the listing owner. You can email your favorite listings to a friend.

What is the cost of shipping?

• Each listing supplied by OnLine Charity Auctions will provide a shipping price under the shipping details section of the listing. If the listing has a shipping price, it will be collected at the time of purchase. In some cases the charity has posted their own donated items (and not included a shipping cost). It is the charity’s responsibility to ship their own items and they may ask for money to cover shipping. 

I bought a Travel Package. Who do I contact to make arrangements?

• If you win a travel package, we will email you the contact information to arrange your travel. 

How do I pay for my Auction Items?

• The credit card you registered with will be charged at the end of the bidding.
